Improv teaches us how to be more collaborative in everything you do, whether with family, friends or in business.
Improv encourages us to be open to other people ideas will lead you to being more creative in how you think and problem-solve.. It also teaches you how to be less judgmental of your own thoughts, which can help creativity flow as well!
The benefits of IMPROV?
Improv is all about being in the moment, otherwise referred to as mindfulness. If you're awareness is in the current moment, you're able to process emotions better and usually feel less anxious about the world around you.
The spontaneous, collaborative, supportive nature of improv inevitably results in improved confidence, creativity, camaraderie, leadership skills, and social and emotional skills including empathy, body language awareness, personal interaction, and so much more.
